Upon receipt of your registration information we will send you an email with payment instructions along with all necessary forms.
All sessions begin Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. Friday. Registration is from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Sessions are limited to 60 campers.
Tuition for the week long camp is $595. This is an all inclusive fee. If you arrange your own housing, or are not staying at the McKenzie River Camp the tuition is $315 for the session.
A $150 deposit per camper is due by May 1st. Personal checks or Visa/Mastercard are accepted as payment for all fees. Final payment is due upon check-in. There is a $30 charge for any returned check or bank wire. Call our office at 541-255-2883 to inquire about payment plan options.
Prior to May 15th, 2009, upon written notice of cancellation, registration fees less a $100 processing charge per session, per student enrolled are refundable. After May 15th, 2010 all registration fees are non-refundable.
Applications will be accepted until the first day of each session provided space is available.
Transportation is available from the Eugene, OR airport to our McKenzie River camp. Registration is required. More details will be included with the payment form that will be sent to you.
